CAPTAIN FITNESS AND THE FITNESS HEROES

We will come to your school and give a live interactive fitness demonstration. The shows purpose is to turn kids on to exercise and fitness. The Fitness Heroes will demonstrate  different ways to exercise and stay fit other than organized sports.  We also offer an after school fitness program.
