You can purchase up to 3 months of personal training or group fitness for your friends and family members.
Unlimited training programs make it possible to train with a trainer or join a group training session as many times per week as you would like. 


Personal Training

A personal training program makes it possible for a client to start a fitness program designed to meet their specific fitness goals.  Weight loss, toning, firming, adding muscle or injury rehabilitation are some of the programs that we can customize for your needs.

Unlimited Personal Training programs are based on monthly use.
Our clients take advantage of their ability to train with a trainer 3, 4, or 5 times per week with a personal trainer.  3 day training
programs are usually set up on Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday Thursday and, Saturday.  A 4 day training program would be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Group Fitness

Group fitness sessions or Boot Camps are held 11 times per week.  We have early morning, mid-morning and evening training sessions.  We also offer a training session on Saturdays morning
Unlimited Group Fitness programs are based on a monthly schedule. 

The most effective way to take advantage of a group fitness program is to train one day and rest the next.  A day in between group training sessions will allow your body to recover in time to hit it hard in the next training session.  The sessions are on hour long.  Consistency  is the key.
