Group fitness is becoming the fastest form of exercise. The ability to share a personal trainer as well as the experience with others has become very popular. The Group Fitness sessions are designed to be challenging for all fitness levels. The sessions are offered three different times per day to give you the flexibility you need to stay consistent. The sessions start off with a warm up segment of spinning or kick boxing. The next segment is the resistance training portion using rubber tubing, medicine balls, barbells or dumb bells. The last segment before you cool down and stretch is the floor exercises and a abdominal workout. You can take as many one hour sessions per week as you want for one price.
If you have a group of friend, co-workers or family members you can form your own group any other hour of the day.
