PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

The opportunity to set appointments with a trained professional that will supervise your workouts and tell you all the things you need to know to reach your fitness goals is the best way to get your fitness program started.

 

90-DAY TRAINING PROGRAM

 

Our 90-day training program will take you through the three stages of training that will lead you to a healthier lifestyle: Strength, Core and Conditioning.  During the first month you will gain the STRENGTH necessary to reach your fitness goals.  The second stage will focus on your CORE.  A strong core will give you the inner strength and balance to broaden the range of exercises you can perform.  The CONDITIONING phase is next.  By improving your ability to recover, you will get more from your workouts.  Weight-loss, sculpting, firming, toning and a HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE are the results you can expect after you complete our 90-day training program. 
 

ONE HOUR PERSONAL TRAINING
 

If you have 2 or 3 hours per week to train, an average fitness level and a specific fitness goal to work towards, then the one hour personal training sessions are for you. Your trainer will have the opportunity to convey the knowledge you will need to understand how and why you are training. A one hour session makes it possible for the trainer to spend more time reinforcing your eating habits and customizing your workouts.
 

EXPRESS TRAINING
 

The Express Training program is designed for people that want to reach their fitness goals but don't have hours to spend at the gym. The 30-minute workout sessions are efficient and include resistance training and the conditioning necessary to reach your fitness goals. This program is also the perfect introduction to fitness for people that are just getting started.

GROUP FITNESS PROGRAMS

Group fitness is becoming the fastest form of exercise. The ability to share a trainer as well as the experience with others has become very popular. The Group Fitness sessions are designed to be challenging for all fitness levels. The sessions are offered three different times per day to give you flexibility. Check our schedule for exact times.


GROUP CONDITIONING SESSIONS
 

If you are training for an event, trying to lose a few pounds or looking for a change in your exercise regime, then our conditioning sessions will raise your fitness level to new heights. Conditioning sessions are designed for people with an intermediate-to-high fitness level who are looking for a new challenge or want to train above their potential. The extra half of an hour allows us to include a conditioning segment to our already great group fitness session

BUDDY TRAINING
 

The Buddy Training program gives you a chance to share a trainer and save money. When you find a friend or family member with a fitness level and goals similar to yours, buddy training can be very successful. The will to stay motivated, work hard and be consistent is a lot easier to maintain when it is shared.

 

HIGH SCHOOL WORKOUT PROGRAM
   

This program is designed for high school athletes as well as students that are not enrolled in P.E. classes or participating in an athlectic program. Oasis gives all students the opportunity to exercise consistently.
