Oasis is proud to offer a variety of Group Fitness sessions and exercise classes. If you are looking for Yoga, Spinning, Kickboxing or Step classes, Oasis has them for you.

We now offer the hottest group class, Zumba! Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy to do! Zumba is the best PARTY around!
